Civeo Australia is dedicated to creating sustainable employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people looking to enter Western Australia’s FIFO sector in hospitality roles.

Corey Narkle is a First Nations Village Manager overseeing one of Civeo’s villages in the Pilbara.

“I have always felt incredibly supported and valued by the company,” he said.  “Civeo truly aligns with my values and has been determined for our journey towards reconciliation.”

“We have a variety of roles and opportunities available across all our operations, our support networks are amazing, with dedicated on-site leaders and our very own Indigenous Business Partner.

“There’s a place for everyone here, and I encourage you to explore the possibilities with Civeo.”

National Talent Acquisition Manager, Ali Barfoot, said Civeo is offering full-time opportunities which provide valuable experience and great career growth prospects.

“At Civeo Australia, we are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where the contributions of First Nations Australians are recognised and celebrated,” she said.

“Our fly-in, fly-out roles means team members can live in Perth while working in remote mining villages on two weeks on, one week off roster.”

General Manager Strategic Partnerships, Kim Irvine, said Civeo believed in providing meaningful employment opportunities that empowered First Nations people to thrive in their careers.

“Building strong relationships with our local communities is at the heart of what we do,” she said.

“We strive to create a supportive environment that respects and values the cultural heritage of our First Nations employees.”
